By commissioning me you agree with the terms listed below. Take this into account before placing your commission.

✓ Crediting is mandatory.
✓ I can reject a commission if I'm not comfortable.
✘ No AI nor NFTs
✘ You may not profit from the commissioned artwork. (for that there's a commercial rights fee you must pay before hand)
✘ You may not alter the piece without my consent. (E.x. remove the watermark, recolor/redraw parts, etc.)
✘ You may not sell the commissioned artwork.
✘ I do not accept descriptions as character references. (unless design fee is paid)
✘ You may not claim the commissioned piece as your own.

✧ Link my Twitch/Bluesky/Ko-fiCrediting is a really big help for artists as it gets our art out there. I would really appreciate it if you gave me credit for my art. Thank you.
✦ Process ✦
✧ Waiting time can be everything between a few days and 2-3 months. Depends on what your place is on the list, the size of the order and my health/job situation.
✧ Please don't rush me, I'm trying my best to work as fast as I can. If you want to you can also pay a priority fee.
✧ Amount of free revisions: 2. More than 2 requires fee per revision.
✧ First is the sketch phase, once we settle then comes lineart+flat colors and last full rendered.
✧ If you have previously approved the sketches but you demand changes after I completely finished the piece, I will charge a fee.
✧ The change fee can be anything starting from 5€, depending on its complexity.
✦ Payment ✦
✧ Payment is 100% upfront.
✧ All payments will be through PayPal and in EUR currency.
✧ I will send you an invoice a few days before I am able to start sketching.
✧ Payments are through PayPal.
✧ Please do not send any payment before I have agreed to work on your commission.
✧ No refunds are eligible through the customer side; please make sure you can afford/wait to commission.CHANGES✧ I will charge a fee for any changes after the lineart stage that are not an error on my part.
✧ I can refuse to do any changes to the finished commission if it's not an error on my part.

✧ Animating emotes has a 10€ fee each. That includes: cutting, rigging and animating.

✧ You can ask for anything that I can make here! Read the T.O.S. carefully.
✧ Add-ons are expressions, arm positions, pets, accessories, etc.
